As an IT AI Specialist at PTGR AG, you will design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that enhance decision-making, automation, and analytics across our digital asset and Web3 platforms.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on designing AI/ML models, developing intelligent algorithms, and integrating AI solutions into PTGR AG’s products and services. Your work will drive automation, insights, and innovation across our technology stack.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning models for business applications
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve processes
Collaborate with IT, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into workflows
Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed AI models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for adoption
Document AI workflows, processes, and model performance for internal teams
Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in AI, ML, or data science
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience with data pipelines, cloud services, and APIs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Experience in fintech or blockchain domains is a plus
