ABOUT THE ROLE

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing PTGR’s day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership and direction across all business units to achieve company goals
• Develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while promoting a collaborative culture
• Monitor business performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards
• Act as a key liaison between the executive team, stakeholders, and clients
• Identify new business opportunities and support strategic initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 10–15+ years of senior management experience, ideally in consulting, finance, or technology-driven organizations
• Proven track record of operational leadership and business growth
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional people management and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across international or complex operations
• Familiarity with digital services, fintech, or Web3 ecosystems
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
