Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets for:
Course promotions
Marketing campaigns
Website pages and landing pages
Social media content and paid ads
Translate strategy into visuals that support clarity and conversion
Maintain a consistent and recognizable visual identity across all PTGR platforms
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align design with business goals
Iterate fast based on feedback and performance insights
Deliver clean, scalable assets under real deadlines
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in graphic design for digital platforms
Strong command of layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
Ability to design with purpose, not decoration
Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Comfortable receiving feedback and improving work quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for education, fintech, or Web3 products
