We’re looking for a detail-driven QA Specialist to ensure quality, performance, and reliability across our React/Next.js front-end and Node.js (NestJS/Express) back-end applications. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver stable, high-quality web experiences.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will lead QA processes across all IT projects, ensuring that systems are robust, compliant, and reliable. Your work will directly impact the stability, security, and user experience of PTGR AG’s digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute manual and automated tests (front-end & back-end)
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools
Validate UI/UX consistency across browsers and devices
Test APIs (REST & GraphQL) using Postman, Swagger, or similar
Support CI/CD pipelines with pre- and post-release testing
Contribute to QA process improvements and test automation
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of QA experience in web applications
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
Experience with testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Jest, etc.)
Familiarity with React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Express
Experience testing APIs and modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks
