ABOUT THE ROLE
Drive growth by attracting high-net-worth clients and increasing our assets under management. You’ll lead B2B sales efforts, build investor relationships, and guide clients through tokenized group investment opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with PTGR’s company objectives
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Oversee sales operations, processes, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor pipeline performance, forecasting, and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Identify new business opportunities and support business expansion initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management or senior sales roles
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, performance, and operational excellence
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proven stakeholder and client relationship management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred Competencies
Experience working with diverse services or consulting environments
Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM systems, and performance tracking
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
