Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing PTGR’s sales operations across its service portfolio. This role drives revenue performance, builds and manages high-performing sales teams, and ensures efficient sales processes, while working closely with internal stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.

About the Role

You will be responsible for scaling PTGR AG’s sales operations by leading enterprise client engagement, developing sales strategies, and managing high-performing sales teams. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and long-term partnerships across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B sales initiatives and enterprise client onboarding
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth
  • Manage and mentor junior sales executives and interns
  • Build long-term client relationships across Europe

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or consulting
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or technology sectors
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams in the fintech or Web3 space
  • Extensive network of institutional clients across Europe
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven sales performance
