Tokenization Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will advise B2B clients on strategic ICO consulting, guide businesses through tokenized asset models, and ensure seamless execution across the full Web3 journey. Your expertise will help clients launch impactful, compliant, and innovative digital asset strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult on ICO frameworks and tokenomics strategy
• Design scalable token models aligned with client goals
• Lead client workshops on digital assets and blockchain use cases
• Ensure regulatory alignment in tokenization strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in blockchain, DeFi, or digital asset consulting
• Deep understanding of tokenomics, ICOs, and smart contracts
• Experience with regulatory compliance in Web3
• Strong communication and client advisory skills
